Audacity Audio Software

Back to work today and it feels like I been away from work forever! During the past four days away from work I managed to fit a lot into my schedule ranging from Go Karting, Alton Towers and also plenty of relaxing with friends. Below is a picture of me while on a Kart in Lichfield. I went along with many of my old university friends whom I still miss dearly and still keep in touch with :-)

During my time away from work I came across Audacity, which is a free, easy to use audio editor and recorder for many operating systems that includes Windows and Mac OS X.

You can use Audacity to:

* Record live audio.
* Convert tapes and records into digital recordings or CDs.
* Edit Ogg Vorbis, MP3, WAV or AIFF sound files.
* Cut, copy, splice or mix sounds together.
* Change the speed or pitch of a recording.
* And more! See the complete list of features.

Below is a screen shot of Audacity in ACTION!
